An award winning typeface in the recent Communication arts Typography annual 2012, This fresh Hebrew typeface design sets out to demonstrate the possibility of a serif typeface that looks current and up-to-date.
Inspired by typographic elements in Hebrew Socialist posters from the 1940's, the font was created as part of a branding campaign for a law office specializing in labor laws, social security and workers’ rights.

The judges for the 2012 typographic annual edition (Typography Annual Two) chose two Hebrew typefaces we designed, Bee Serif and Socialism, as winners.
Typodarium is a type calendar published in Europe by the German publishing house, Slanted. The calendar displays one font for every day of the year and worldwide font designers participated in the project. The calendar editors chose to display the socialism font in the calendar's 2012 edition.
